The internet, full of information you didn't ask for, but when you come across something interesting, you can stop by really think about it. That's what happened when I stumbled on an article about Mark Wahlberg's daily workout routine. 'Grueling' was what they called it. 

He shared his daily routine with his Instagram fans during a Q&A along with his daily meal plan. I saw a few articles that discussed his 'grueling workout schedule.'

​What no one seemed to notice was what he ate in a day. Hint, it is enough to feed a classroom of toddlers!

On Sunday, while scrolling through my Instagram timeline, one of the bloggers I follow posted a tribute to a fashion blogger. The photo was of an emaciated woman in a summer dress hanging off one shoulder wearing over-sized sunglasses in New York City. She looked chic and happy. 

Whenever I see a post of a young person's passing, I always want to investigate to learn what caused their untimely departure. We're young, we're supposed to be healthy and live into our ripe old age. I clicked on the blogger's name and started looking through her photos and captions looking for clues. ​
